As a Fresher Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in introducing our innovative offline-first AI business card scanner app to potential clients across India. What you'll do
This role involves direct engagement with businesses, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Kauntech's solution can streamline their networking and contact management. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and contributing to our mission of secure, efficient, and privacy-compliant digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the Kauntech app.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product features.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian regional languages is an advantage.
